Wah-ta-Wah Park Community, Inc. was incorporated in 1932. It consists of just under 100 homes. It started as a seasonal lake access community. Families came from all over to summer at the beautiful Greenwood Lake. Eventually, people began to settle here year-round. Even though they are still around, seasonal homes are few and far between.
