UPDATE, as of 2025:

Beach rules were updated in 2025, and in order to receive a key to the beach, homeowners must sign this waiver acknowledging the updated rules. We no longer have a lifeguard on duty. As such, if a homeowner wishes to have a key to the beach, please sign the waiver, then return via email, wahtawahpark [at] hotmail [dot] com.

We are one of the few communities on Greenwood Lake to own our own lakefront beach, located at the bottom of Wah-ta-Wah Drive and Sterling Road. It is open for all residents and their guests. Come on down and read a book, watch the boats, or take a dip in the lake. Please note that there is no parking down at the beach and be respectful of our neighbors’ property.
