We are one of the few communities on Greenwood Lake to own our own lakefront beach, located at the bottom of Wah-ta-Wah Drive and Sterling Road. It is open for all residents and their guests when lifeguards are on duty (see schedule below). Come on down and read a book, watch the boats, or take a dip in the lake. Please note that there is no parking down at the beach and be respectful of our neighbors’ property.

Rules of the Beach
- NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
- GREEN WRIST BANDS (2023) MUST BE WORN/VISIBLE AT ALL TIMES
- SWIMMING ONLY PERMITTED WHEN LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY
- NO ONE UNDER 16 PERMITTED WITHOUT AN ADULT
- NO PETS ALLOWED ON BEACH
- NO GLASS CONTAINERS ON BEACH
- TRASH IS CARRY IN…CARRY OUT
- FLOTATION DEVICES ARE ALLOWED WITH CAUTION AND CARE
- WHEN LIGHTNING IS PRESENT, LAKE AND BEACH AREA MUST BE VACATED
- LIFEGUARD WILL ENFORCE SAFETY, RESPOND TO EMERGENCIES AND CARE OF THE BEACH
- PARENTS MUST SUPERVISE THEIR CHILDREN
- PARTIES MUST HAVE ADDITIONAL LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
